Jan Michael Alejandro
On our upcoming Sunday stream at 3pm PST, we are featuring our amazing friend Jan Michael Alejandro. Jan is a multi-dimensional artist who has had so many incredible experiences working as a tech and roadie for artists such as Iggy Pop, David Bowie, James Taylor, and Blondie, to name a few. He started a road case company called Jan-Al Cases in 1983 and has created his legendary cases for artists such as Foo Fighters, Metallica, The Rolling Stones, and Lady Gaga, as well as the LA Dodgers and LA philharmonic.
Jan is also a published and produced poet, playwright, librettist and composer.
He recently suffered the loss of his home in Altadena in the fires, which included so much history from his life’s work. We would love for our community to get to know this amazing artist and person and also consider supporting him through his awesome road case company!
