What is in the app
Not a companion, and not a cut down version of the web app. The same tour, shaped for the day you are actually having.
Works without signal
Basements, green rooms, and the long drive between towns. Your active tour stays on the phone, so the day, the dates, the money, the contacts and the guest list open with no connection. A change made offline is saved on the phone, marked as waiting, and synced when you are back. Sending the day sheet, imports and settling a show still need a connection.
Today
The schedule from load in to set time, the day notes, the drive legs with real drive times, and the venue with its guarantee and capacity.
Dates
The run laid out end to end. Show days, travel days, and days off, each with its city and status. Tap any day to work with it.
Finance
Guarantees, revenue, and expenses per tour, with recorded totals and net at a glance. Settle each show as it happens.
Contacts
Promoter reps, venue staff, drivers, and crew, with one tap to call or text, and sensitive contacts kept to the people who should see them.
Guest lists
Crew request spots, managers approve them, and the count stays current on the day screen.
Import a tour
Photograph the flyer, share the promoter's PDF, or paste the date list. The app reads it into a draft of dates, cities and venues that you review before the tour is created.
Tour Packages
Invite the other band on the bill and the run becomes a Tour Package: one schedule and one day sheet for everyone, with each band's crew, merch and money kept its own.
Notifications
When someone changes the plan, everyone gets told, and open screens update by themselves.
The morning text
The day sheet also goes out as a text every morning, on the right timezone, to the whole crew list by default. No account needed to receive it, which is how the driver and the runner stay in the loop, and with the app installed it lands as a push as well.
