For rosters
Every act on the road, one account.
Tourouter's Roster plan runs a manager's, agency's or label's whole roster: unlimited teams, 10 editor seats shared across them, and free crew on every run. Each tour carries its own day sheets, routing and money, so the acts run their roads and you see all of it without chasing anyone.
No card needed. Build one act's next run free and see it work.
What running a roster here looks like
The same product your bands use, with the structure an office needs on top.
Every act is its own team
Each band gets its own tours, crew, contacts and money, cleanly separated. You sit on all of them with one login and switch between acts in two clicks.
Ten editor seats, shared across the roster
You, your coordinator, and the person in each band who actually runs the road. Crew and viewers are free and unlimited on every team, so a busy season never shows up on the invoice.
A per-tour money picture without asking anyone
Guarantees, expenses and settlement live on each tour as it happens. When the business manager asks how the spring run did, the answer is a page, not a week of chasing spreadsheets.
Tours that run without you
The day sheet goes to every phone on the run by text and email each morning. The 8am load-in question goes to the sheet, not to your desk.
Priced for a roster, not per artist
Roster is $149 a month, or $1,490 a year with two months free. Unlimited teams, unlimited tours, 10 editor seats, unlimited free crew. Signing a new act does not change the bill, which is precisely when roster software usually charges you more.
The full pricing pageWhere we draw the line
Tourouter is tour software, not an office suite. It does not do roster-wide project management, ticket-request approval chains or label reporting; Artist Growth is built around that desk and we compare ourselves to it honestly. What Tourouter does is make each tour run itself and keep its money straight, for every act you have out.
Tourouter vs Artist Growth, honestlyCommon questions
Asked by managers and labels sizing us up.
How does Tourouter handle multiple acts?
Each act is its own team with its own tours, crew, contacts and finances. The Roster plan puts unlimited teams under one account with 10 editor seats shared across them, and you switch between acts from the top bar. Crew and viewer seats are free and unlimited on every team.
Is there one calendar across the whole roster?
Not yet, and we would rather tell you that here. Today you work act by act, and each act's tour is complete on its own. A cross-roster view is on our list; if it is the thing you need most, tell us, because that is how we order the list.
What does it cost for a roster?
Roster is $149 a month, or $1,490 a year with two months free. That is the whole price: unlimited teams and tours, 10 editor seats, unlimited free crew. There is no per-artist fee, which is where roster pricing usually gets expensive.
Do my artists' bands have to learn new software?
There is nothing to install for most of them. Crew get the day sheet by text and email every morning whether or not they ever open the app, and the ones who want the app get it free on iOS and Android.
We are a label. Does this fit developing acts?
Well. A developing act's first tours are exactly the runs that go out without a tour manager, and Tourouter is built for that gap: the label sees the plan and the money, the band gets a run that holds together, and nobody is retyping an itinerary into a PDF at midnight.
Can we talk to someone before committing?
Yes. Planning is free with no time limit, so the honest first step is to build one act's next run and see it work. If you want a walkthrough for the whole roster first, reach us through support and we will set one up.
