How many tours a year?
One or two, take the Pass. Three or more and Band pays for itself before the second run.
How long is the run?
Over 45 days first date to last, a Pass will not cover it. Take Band, or split the run in two.

Does my whole crew need to pay?
No. The tour owner runs the account and everyone else rides free. You pay for editor seats, which are the people who change the plan. Crew and viewer seats are unlimited and cost nothing.
Does the crew need the app to get the day sheet?
No. Crew and team are on the day sheet list by default, and it goes out by text and email every morning to everyone on it, whether or not they have an account. The driver, the runner, and the merch person for one night can be switched on too and get the same sheet as the band. Anyone with the app gets a push on top.
What counts as an editor?
Owners, admins and editors: anyone who can change the tour. Everyone else on the run is a free seat, however many of them there are.
What does the Tour Pass actually cover?
One tour, up to 45 days measured from your first date to your last, with 2 editor seats. It attaches to that tour permanently when the tour goes live, and the tour stays readable afterwards for good.
My run is longer than 45 days. What then?
A Pass will not stretch to cover it. Take Band, which has no limit on tour length or number of tours, or split the run into two tours.
What happens to my tours if I stop paying?
A finished tour stays readable, settleable and exportable for good. Your history does not get locked up because a plan lapsed.
Is there a free plan?
There is no free tier, but planning is free with no time limit. Build the whole run, add every date and invite your crew without paying. Payment happens when the tour goes live.
