Reports and exports

When the run is over, or halfway through when someone asks how it is going, the reports answer the questions without a spreadsheet.

The reports

• Tour Profit & Loss: what came in, what went out, and what the tour is left with.
• Show by show: what each night made, what it cost, and what it left.
• Line by line: every single row, grouped by category, with subtotals.
• Who paid for what: what each person and band fronted on this run.

Open a report

On the phoneThe Tourouter app on iOS or Android

1. Tap Finance.
2. Scroll to Reports and tap Tour reports.
3. Tap a report.

A shortcut: tap the net total at the top of Finance to open Tour Profit & Loss directly.

On the webapp.tourouter.com in any browser

1. In the sidebar, open Reports.
2. Click a report.

Download a report

At the bottom of every report, under Export, there are three files:

• Summary spreadsheet: the report’s totals as a CSV file.
• Every line item: every row behind the report as a CSV file.
• Printable PDF: the report laid out to print or send.

On the phone the file opens in your browser, where you can save it or share it. On the web it downloads.

The tour book

The tour book is one PDF of the whole tour, to print or send to anyone who needs the full picture.

On the webapp.tourouter.com in any browser

1. Open the tour’s page from All tours.
2. On the Tour book card, click Generate tour book.
3. When it is ready, click Download tour book. Use Regenerate after you change the tour.
