Tourouter vs Artist Growth
Artist Growth is roster software: the office view across many artists, projects and approvals. Tourouter is tour software: the run itself, the day sheet, the crew and the money, and the Roster plan gives a manager, agency or label that same product across every act they put on the road. If the work happens at a desk across a roster, Artist Growth. If the work is the tours, Tourouter, at one act or twenty.
Artist Growth, founded in 2011, is a management platform used by artist managers, labels and agencies, including WME, Sony Music and Roc Nation. It covers events and schedules, travel, guest lists and ticket requests, project management, finance, deal memos, contacts and roster-wide reporting, with AI features and an MCP server that lets ChatGPT, Claude and other assistants query your data. It is sold per seat, with unlimited free read-only seats.

Pick Artist Growth if
- You are a label, agency or management company with a roster, and several people in an office need to see across all of it.
- Ticket request and guest list approval workflows across many artists are a daily job for your team.
- You need SOC 2, enterprise permissions, and an AI integration that reads your whole roster.
- You have someone whose job is to set the system up and keep it fed.
Pick Tourouter if
- You are the band, or the person in the band who ended up managing the tour.
- You manage two to five acts yourself and want each tour to run without a sales call or an onboarding project.
- You want the day sheet on every phone in the van by text each morning, and the money settled show by show.
- You want a price for the tour, not a seat count for the office.

Common questions
The ones people ask when they are choosing between the two.
Is Artist Growth cheaper than Tourouter?
Per seat, yes: $9 to $14 a month a seat is a low sticker price. For one band on one tour, Tourouter's $59 Tour Pass or $49 a month Band plan covers 2 or 3 editors and every crew member, so the totals end up close. The real difference is what you are buying: a roster system or a tour.
I manage three acts. Which one?
If you are the one doing the tour work for those acts, Tourouter's Roster plan gives you unlimited teams and 10 editor seats for $149 a month, and each tour runs itself. If you have staff and the acts have their own tour managers, Artist Growth's roster view is built for exactly that.
Does Tourouter do ticket requests and approvals?
It does guest lists. It does not have Artist Growth's multi-artist request and approval workflow, which is one of the things that product is best at.
Does Tourouter have an AI integration?
Not today. Artist Growth has an MCP server and AI-assisted data entry, and if that is on your list, it is ahead.
Try it on your next run. Planning is free.
Add your dates, invite your crew, and see the whole thing in one place. Nothing to pay until the tour goes live.
